Took our 2020 infinit for a multi inspection was told it needed front and back breaks and rotors oil change cabin filter and windshield wipers. Was quoted a price of $1496.00 and that with them giving me a discount using our offer from Orange crest Infinit. Had a great experience buying a new vehicle from this dealership. Honest, fair, very professional. David and Thomas were easy to work with, personable young men with the customer in mind. Smart and they know their business. Look forward to working with them in the years to come!

Disappointed in the quoted cost for an indicator light, over $1,500. Had one other worn item that needed replacing. They said they would order the parts but still no word that parts are in to get the work done.

Jill went above and beyond.to immediately have repaired a minor issue with my car. Infinity of Palm Springs should be delighted. she's part of their team. Bob S

Very pleased with the service. We've serviced our Infinity G37 exclusively here since it was new 12 years ago. We have never stayed exclusively with dealer service that long with any of our other cars and generally go to an independent shop after a new car is out of warranty. Good service at a reasonable price and good staff keep us coming back to PS INFINITI.

I'm finding it hard to believe that at least half of these reviews aren't friends of Jill. Some of the wording on these reviews is very peculiar.
I'll keep it short, and spare everybody all the technical car jargon.
Be extremely careful w/ this place, and Jill specifically.
Don't let her jovial demeanor and care bear appearance fool you (likely why she was put up front to begin with). She has a big manipulative streak and will try to charge you 7 thousand in repairs and labor without batting an eye.

I worked with Rob in Customer Service and Andy as the Mechanical Technician. I spoke with Rob but appreciate Andy's experience and good service with the mechanics of the car. Rob is very personable, friendly, aware of customer's service needs and accommodating as possible. to customer's needs.

Do NOT do business with this dealership! Twice in three weeks they have led me on only to at the 23rd hour either make up anonymous interested parties and not sell to me OR this time they had an equal offer and then at the last minute (AFTER STATING THEY WERE WRITING UP MY SALE) to whomesale the car out from under me! PO is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Again NEVER trust these guys on the sales side of ANY DEAL! What a bunch if dishonest customer service.

Jill makes us keep coming back. She is the best. She explains everything and I know she makes sure the car is safe for me to make a long trip to northern CA

First time meeting Jill, and she was a delight to work with. I have heard some negative things about this dealership, but I am willing to give them a shot, This was my first service with them, and all seems to have went well.

The service department is excellent and Jill is an absolute gem. I have had my INFINITI serviced twice at this location and although other locations are closer to my home I will continue to be loyal to Palm Springs INFINITI simply because Jill is that amazing.

I’ve been relying on Jill at Palm Springs Infinity for years. She makes even the most tedious trip to the service department. Easy and thorough.

Jill found that there were some issues with the my vehicle that needed to be addressed and then worked hard to get them covered under warranty. I was provided with a loaner car and given updates along the way...overall a very good experience! I very much appreciate the extra work and effect on Jill's part. To be honest it was not always that way - it appears that the dealership is giving their service department the support they need to do a great job. Keep it up!

Easy to work with and friendly. Loaner car was fun to drive and clean when I picked up my car, Cleaner then before I came in.

These people are CROOKS, GARBAGE will lie and CHEAT take your money sell you a bad product. If you wana get taken on a ride buy here. Mark the general manager will make sure you get screwed really good. WOREST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.
Sold me a car with the paint all messed up covered up by wax, unsafe worn tires, dirty oil, shocks blown out window not working right.

Most unreliable service of any INFINITI dealer I have ever been to both on the East Coast and out West. In the past year I have brought my 2015 Q50 in to get a simple service preformed. Yet ever time I pick up my car something as minimal as a forgotten car wash, poor car wash, or unrelated new issue that was non existing beforehand is there to surprise me.
