Very pleased with the service. We've serviced our Infinity G37 exclusively here since it was new 12 years ago. We have never stayed exclusively with dealer service that long with any of our other cars and generally go to an independent shop after a new car is out of warranty. Good service at a reasonable price and good staff keep us coming back to PS INFINITI.

First time meeting Jill, and she was a delight to work with. I have heard some negative things about this dealership, but I am willing to give them a shot, This was my first service with them, and all seems to have went well.
The service department is excellent and Jill is an absolute gem. I have had my INFINITI serviced twice at this location and although other locations are closer to my home I will continue to be loyal to Palm Springs INFINITI simply because Jill is that amazing.

Jill found that there were some issues with the my vehicle that needed to be addressed and then worked hard to get them covered under warranty. I was provided with a loaner car and given updates along the way...overall a very good experience! I very much appreciate the extra work and effect on Jill's part. To be honest it was not always that way - it appears that the dealership is giving their service department the support they need to do a great job. Keep it up!
